The Transformation Lab

The Transformation Lab builds on The Core, providing a flexible extension ideal for intact teams, cross-functional teams, or leaders of AI transformation. This session focuses on identifying and prioritizing opportunities to harness intelligence within your organization.

The Strategy Room is a two-day off-site session for executive teams, conducted in partnership with the USC Marshall School of Business. This intensive session is designed to develop strategic plans for AI adoption and integration at the highest levels of your organization.
