Enabling AI Transformation Through Strategic Learning Experiences

Generative AI tools are flooding the workplace at every level, faster than any previous technology. This demands a thoughtful onramp for leaders and teams. Our suite of experiences function as a system, enabling everyone from executives to line workers to explore and start implementing AI effectively in their roles.

Our programs focus on cultivating productive mindsets while introducing foundational AI skills. We build a core of common vocabulary and concepts that supports your chosen platforms and tools. This base is enriched through tailored, role-specific modules like The Transformation Lab and the Strategy Room, ensuring that every participant not only sees the potential of generative AI but also understands how to integrate it safely and effectively into their daily work. This strategy promotes responsible and effective AI use across the organization, empowering all team members to leverage these tools to their full potential.

The Core: Cultivating a Unified AI Mindset

At the heart of our offerings is The Core, a 3.5 hour discovery-based session that serves as the initial touchpoint for participants across the organization. This program establishs a unified understanding of generative AI’s capabilities and potential impacts. The Core is not a highly technical how-to class, but it is a hands-on experience. From the very first moments and throughout the experience participants are engaging with generative AI tools that accelerate their learning.

The Core focuses on reshaping perceptions and attitudes towards AI, promoting a mindset that sees AI as an enabler of efficiency and creativity. This shared experience ensures that every team member, regardless of their technical background, begins their AI journey with insight and enthusiasm.

The Transformation Lab: Tailored Application of AI Principles

Building on the foundational knowledge from The Core, the Transformation Lab offers a more personalized experience that aligns with the specific roles and responsibilities of the participants. This module allows intact teams to apply generative AI to real business challenges within their departments or functions. For example, operational teams might explore how AI tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot can automate routine tasks, while marketing departments might examine AI-driven analytics to predict consumer behavior. The Transformation Lab is crucial for exploreing how AI can be applied practically and beneficially within the unique context of their roles.

1st 90 Journey: Ensuring Long-Term AI Adoption

To reinforce the initial learning and ensure long-term integration of AI, the 1st 90 Journey extends the learning experience over three months. This program helps participants solidify their understanding of AI, continuously apply AI tools in their work, and evaluate the outcomes. It is designed to turn theoretical knowledge into practical, habitual use, supporting the organization's larger AI initiatives by facilitating the rollout of approved tools and practices across teams.

Strategy Room: Strategic AI Integration for Executives

For senior leaders and executives, the Strategy Room provides a coached planning session focused on transformative integration of AI within the organization. This experience is tailored to help leadership teams align AI initiatives with the organization's broader business goals and prepare them to lead their teams through the transformation that AI brings. The Strategy Room helps executives understand how to support and govern AI deployment effectively, ensuring that AI adoption is both strategic and sustainable.

Supporting Broader Organizational Goals

Our integrated learning suite is explicitly designed to support larger organizational AI initiatives, such as pilot tests of AI accelerators, deployment of Co-Pilot solutions, and more. This strategic approach to AI education fosters a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, crucial for staying competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

In summary, our offerings are crafted to transcend traditional training boundaries by fostering a productive mindset towards AI, creating a shared understanding of its strategic application, and tailoring experiences to different organizational roles. In this way we help ensure a productive mindset and core skillset to support AI transformation.

Mapping Stakeholder Priorities By Richard Hodge , Co-Founder of Harness Intelligence Unlock the Power of AI with Purposeful Prompts Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude.ai, and Google Gemini are transforming how professionals solve problems, innovate, and strategize. The key lies in crafting the right prompts and providing the right context. Each week, I’ll share a prompt and explain how to use it for maximum impact in your business role. This Week’s Prompt: Mapping Stakeholder Priorities "You are a seasoned business consultant in the [insert] industry. How to Use It: Define the AI’s role and the Stakeholder Group you are targeting: In most cases, asking the AI to function as an industry consultant is a good start. Be specific about the group you're focusing on. For instance, are you considering the C-suite, a cross-functional team, or an external customer segment? Set the Context: Provide detailed information about the initiative or challenge. For example: For a digital transformation, mention tools, timelines, and objectives. For customer retention, share current metrics and customer feedback.
